Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. As soon as we receive your order, our team gets to work carefully packing your items to make sure they arrive to you in the best condition. Once you order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number. You can check your order page at any time for real-time updates on your shipment.

Important! If you do not receive your tracking number or see any updates on your Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We have warehouses around the world. Order processing typically takes 2-5 business days. Domestic orders in the United States normally ship within 7-20 business days. Pease allow up to 30-45 business days for your international order to ship. 

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: We currently ship to 100+ countries. Enter your address at checkout to find out if we can ship to your location.

Q: Is my personal information secure?

A: Absolutely! We use an SSL security certificate to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only at checkout. We’ll erase your credit card information once we confirm that the transaction as successful.

Q: Does MamasAndBabies provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product, find defects or are not 100% satisfied with the quality, contact us immediately and we’ll do everything we can to make it right! Our goal is to ensure an excellent shopping experience. 

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
